2nd sem

I haven’t blog for so long. Teehee. Blogging about my first week would be a nice start for me.

First day was legendary! Tequila + Tanduay Rhum= “un-eating” moments. Haha!. If I continued drinking I bet I would’ve ended up like these guys:

or maybe as crazy as these guys

I behaved well on thursday. :). We took this awesome group picture on that day.

& debrie and louie and I went to krispy kreme. I hate that peanut butter doughnut. (-_-). And it seems debrie is hearting krispy kreme so much. That chocolate glazed bavarian, drools. :(_

a dead tree in CIT-U

pacinio and me. we be bosses.

trololo!

I spent my friday night with my highschool classmates. I expected many to come but there were only 5 of us. Okay. So chan2x is still(I think[peace out chan]) a newb in driving. We made a u-turn at a bridge in mandaue and we were the only ones passing on the left lane. I still dont know if it was legal but im pretty sure there was a no u-turn sign. Then on our way back to mo2, we got arrested by the citom for making a u-turn. Im so glad they’re evil. (T_T). They just asked us to give them money then let us go.

The Best Day of the Week

Coffee, Island Reggae, church, moms soup. These are the things that makes my Sunday Oh so special. But I must say, the best thing about Sunday is just being lazy.

You get lazy then happy memories from the previous week start playing in your head and then, you realize, Wow! I totally ruled. >:D

P.S. Its raining right now, and its making this day more awesome.

Summer Ender

Summer 2011 will be over soon. And yay, last summer hirit with go karts.

The location of Kartzone is a bit hidden. Its behind jollibee and is surrounded with many unfinished buildings. And all of us, haven’t been on the place. But yeah, cheers to thebubblemind for googling it.

The race track.

The karts.

We be ninjaz.

Mr. Policeman you’re not cool and so is the girl who gave us the briefing.

But the thing I hate most in your business are your rates.

Duh, you should expect that most of your customers are going to be young people. Allowance dependent and curious of every amusement of the world youngsters. Please lower your rates. :(

haven’t got a decent group picture. But yeah thats the bunch.

The lesson learned on that day is to make sure the camera is fully charged.

Ouch!

Styles of Distorted Thinking

  • Filtering: You take the negative details and magnify them while filtering out all positive aspects of a situation.
  • Polarized Thinking: Things are black or white, good or bad. You have to be perfect or you’re a failure. There is no middle ground.
  • Overgeneralization: You come to a general conclusion based on a single incident or piece of evidence. If something bad happens once you expect it to happen over and over again.
  • Mind Reading:  Without their saying so, you know what people are feeling and why they act the way they do. In particular, you are able to divine how people are feeling toward you.
  • Castastrophizing: You expect disaster. you notice or hear about a problem and start “what if’s”. What if tragedy strikes? What if it happens to you?
  • Personalization: Thinking that everything people do or say is some kind of reaction to you. You also compare yourself to others, trying to determine who’s smarter, better looking, etc.
  • Fallacy of Fairness: You feel resentful because you think you know what’s fair but other people won’t agree with you.
  • Blaming: You hold other people responsible for your pain, or take the other tack and blame yourself for every problem or reversal.
  • Should: You have a list of ironclad rules about how you and other people should act. People who break the rules anger you and you feel guilty if you violate the rules.
  • Emotional Reasoning: You believe that what you feel must be true-automatically. If you feel stupid and boring, then you must be stupid and boring.
  • Fallacy of Change: You expect that other people will change to suit you if you just pressure or cajole them enough. You need to change people because your hope for happiness seem to depend entirely on them.
  • Global Labeling: You generalize one or two qualities into a negative global judgment.
  • Being Right: You are continually on trial to prove that your opinions and actions are correct. Being wrong is unthinkable and you will go to any length to demonstrate your rightness.
  • Heaven’s Reward Fallacy: You expect all your sacrifice and self-denial to pay off, as if there were someone keeping score. You feel better when the reward doesn’t come.

Tops

It was unusual for my gaw, Boris, to invite me to go out with the “Ako’y Bahala Nimo” promise.

The reason: a broken heart. Basted! Basted!

Boris Talaid. 2 years passed and now he’s a smoker and has tongue piercing. Where did all his philosophy go. Whatever, he’s still the best adviser on everything even though he looks like a bad guy now.

@ Ayala Terraces

I hope he gets the message on this lighter and exercise it.

Tops. Perfect place to reflect. ahem. hahaha

Science cannot solve the ultimate mystery of nature. And that is because, in the last analysis, we ourselves are part of nature and therefore part of the mystery that we are trying to solve.
